О технологии принятия политических решений: философский анализ

Управленческие решения, в том числе и в первую очередь в области политики, являются базовым элементом формирования политической онтологии, аксиологии, праксиологии и, в конечном счете, всех человеческих практик, поскольку активность людей всегда есть реализация того или иного проекта, в том числе политического. Принятие и исполнение политических решений является важным элементом политического процесса, а так же внутренней стороной механизма воспроизведения целостной политической системы. Автор анализирует теоретико-методологические подходы к принятию политических решений, рассматривает принципиальную структуру политического решения, его сущность и природу, а также базовые факторы и на основе полученных теоретических выводов и обобщений дает практически-значимые рекомендации, актуальные для современной России.

Management decisions, including and especially in politics, are a basic element in the formation of political ontology, axiology, praxeology, and, ultimately, all human practices, because the human activity is always a realization of this or that project, including the political. Acceptance and implementation of policy decisions is an important component of the political process, as well as inner side of holistic political system's reproduction mechanism. The author analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches to policy-making, examines fundamental structure of political decision, its essence and nature, as well as the underlying factors, and based on the received theoretical conclusions and generalizations gives meaningful practical recommendations.

According to the author, political science and practice needs a fundamentally other theories, approaches and methods, as well as technology of political events' outstripping forecasting, and research opportunities for which will on the shoulder such tasks as (1) systemic and complete diagnosis of the political events and processes to determine the various options for its further development, (2) detailed calculation of of the most probable version of events from a spectrum of all the alternatives, and (3) principal possibility to block  unwanted options of political events by interference in the political process in its very germ, etc.
